Shipping Information

EZ Pet Supply has thousands of products on hand and experienced staff in place, we can ensure that your order is pulled, expertly packed and shipped in the shortest possible time so that you receive your order in perfect condition and when you need it. While we make every attempt to ship our products the same day we receive the orders we guarantee a 2-3 day shipping policy.  We have to do this because a few of our products are custom made and many of our products are made to order. All of our shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real time shipping rates from USPS, Fedex and UPS.

Shipping rates start at $7.95 on all orders except oversized and larger packages. Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Oversized and large packages will be shipped via Fedex or UPS services and will be calculated based on dimensional weight or actual weight. Packages measuring less than three cubic feet will continue to be billed based on actual weight. Billable weight will be based on actual weight or dimensional weight of your ground package which ever is greater. For more information please contact EZ Pet Supply.

Residential deliveries that do not require a signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. If you have instructed the driver to leave the shipment with a neighbor or leasing office, this would be noted on a yellow UPS InfoNotice left by the driver.
